After many years of experience in providing Mental and Behavioral Health Services, I recommend individuals experiencing emotional disturbances due to stress, and burn out resulting in symptoms of depression to include healthy changes to sleep, diet, exercise, vitamin supplementation, and positive strategies in coping skills.   • Nutritional changes
  • Exercise Regimen
  • Rule out medical diagnosis
  • Change unhealthy sleep patterns
  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Develop positive coping skills
  • Monitor your alcohol ingestion.          These are all proactive actions to maintain a mindful wellness in mental and behavioral health. In life, our time is precious and our mental and behavioral health is to be treasured and lived at its best.
